    In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days at wendy@apothecarellc.com with photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label to initiate the replacement process.

    Yes! We have free delivery for all local orders within 10 miles of the Apothecare Studio. located in North Baltimore.

    Orders will be delivered within 1 week from date of purchase.

    If you need it sooner, please make a note in order notes (in your cart) BEFORE checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    We do not currently offer pickup.
