I started Apothecare in early 2025 after realizing self-care is not all sunshine and spa days. Sometimes its messy, sometimes its saying NO and sometimes it's doing the hard work of putting yourself back at the top of your own list.

For too long, I was burning the candle on both ends- always busy, always giving, but rarely pausing to refill my own cup. So, I started creating products that helped me slow down and show up for myself: clean, honest and made to cut thru the noise and feel like myself again. That's what Apothecare is all about. Every product is made with intention- using safe, gentle and comforting ingredients - for when life gets loud.
